Does that mean you can't boot anything from USB?
Have you tried telling the BIOS to do that?
Like, at boot, F2, Esc, or whatever your BIOS uses, Boot menu...

[EDIT] If you prefer Spanish, try the Spanish section here.

The configuration of the BIOS is fine, my problem is when I boot, I can enter the to home page, but I can't use the keyboard or the mouse, I think all the USB in my pc, stop working, I also tried to deactivate and activate my keyboard and my mouse, but the result is the same.
      thanks for answering

This might be a Fastboot problem, rather than a UEFI problem.

In Windows, there is a system setting for Fastboot. When Fastboot is turned on, Windows does not really turn off even on a shutdown. It's intended to help Windows boot up faster. I'm not sure exactly where that setting is, but I understand that Fastboot can be turned off so that the machine can boot from USB devices.

Someone else may know where that setting is.
