I was trying to run Ammonite Shell from a menu entry. I can call it fine from a bash terminal, but the menu entry doesn't open properly. Just to check I created a noddy C programme which inputs a number. Compiled it and again it runs fine when called from a bash terminal, but won't run when I try and call it from the menu. I've tried tick and unticking the run in terminal box, but to no avail. I've saved the changes to the menu. I've also checked the permissions of the executables and the is executable box is ticked.
