Nvidia drivers configuration

After installing the recommended drivers from Nvidia, everything is bigger, the interface, windows, etc. I searched all "over" the net for a solution, but nothing helps. The only thing that works was under Settings > Font and chose to force the 96 DPI settings. it works for part of the UI but in general don't. There's a way to fix that? Unfortunately there's no DPI option under Nvidia-settings.
