AUX and laptop speaker sound not working

My sound doesnt work anymore after some commands i cant remember...
It was working with an out-of-the-box installation of kubuntu but i dont feel like reinstalling the hole OS.

How can i help you with some more info?
The driver was installed correctly dont no the status now.

In the sound options I can only select
Built-In Audio Analog Stereo
Before the commands I had two options
Built-In Audio Analog Stereo
HDMI Audio Analog Stereo

Hope to hear something soon, thanks in advance.
