I have a number of problems with the Notifications system...
It all works fine except for:
All other notifications seems to work as expected
I've renamed ~/.KDE, ~/.config and ~/.cache and re-setup everything but no change although all these issues occur with all user accounts including newly setup ones.
All of this worked happily before upgrading to 15.4 so it shouldn't be related to my computer.
So, I think something has got corrupted somewhere. Any suggestions on how I'd reinstall the complete notifications system?

- No notifications will write to a file when this option is set up
- No notifications of any sort (popup/task bar entry) when locking or modifier keys operated
- No notification when "Charge complete" event occurs
- KDE crashes after removing the AC power (which is supposed to mark a task bar entry).
