ok so i installed kubuntu 15.04 and every thing worked just fine. until system settings stopped working. then after purging and reinstalling a package named systemsettings in an attempt to fix the issue. plasma 5 just tuned to black screen and only a few select features worked. even after reboot. plasma 5 was so rediculously messed up i installed lubuntu 15.04 which i had on my computer to make a review of. sadly i don't know specificly what caused the bug.
