It implies that 14.10 is LTS?

kubuntu is ubuntu+KDE , you can see this link https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases on table list of releases write Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS so Ubuntu 14.10 is not LTS . End of life date of ubuntu 14.10 is July 2015 .

Umm...I know that

I meant the if the OP has the link to the page that suggests that 14.10 was LTS (it's probably just a simple typo, the editor probably copied the the text from 14.04, and forgot to remove the LTS tag). If you look at my link, it doesn't say 14.10 is LTS (which it isn't).
