Need Immediate Help for Kubuntu installation

I am very new for Kubuntu and other Linux OS. I tried to install Kubuntu14 .04 LTS through my Pen drive
and got some error message while installing here you can find error message ;

please help me to install Kubuntu correctly how to fix this error ?

Did the live usb work ok for you before you tried to install the OS? I am no expert but if I see an error like that I would think maybe a bad usb drive or download or memory/disk io error.
