Error - The profile "AC" tried to activate DimDisplay...

Every time I boot I get a tone and this message in a dialog box:
The profile "AC" tried to activate Dis Display, a non existent action. This is usually due to an installation problem or to a configuration problem.
I can re-create the error by going to System Settings > Power Management and just change toggle something and then "Apply".
I've tried several different settings. Right now its on default

From the image, this is on a Desktop PC? Press Alt+F2 and type: kate .kde/share/config/powermanagementprofilesrc

Try removing the entry [AC][DimDisplay] and the line following it.

Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007.

Thanks. I just did that before reading your comment. Now I don't get the error message. I'm surprise this hasn't come up before now. Interestingly, it did appear on a kde bug report several years ago, but was reported fix with a kernel upgrade, also someone posted the exact same problem on Mageia forum. His only response was this is a pre-release?!
