kde system tray question

i keep seeing screenshots like this http://i.imgur.com/r7kWOxX.png
where the systray has a different colour than the rest of the panel, and in addition it has that left arrow for revealing hidden icons instead of the up arrow ive got. i much prefer this look to the one ive got. is there any way to get it? or is this from an old version of kde and cant be achieved with 4.10?

It seems to be the KDE 4.2 plasma theme: http://www.kde.org/announcements/4.2/

The plasma themes can be changed: KDE Systems Settings > Workspace Appearance > Desktop Theme. There could be problems with the old themes - there has been changes in the plasma desktop.
