Ok, I really feel dumb asking this but how do you do a screenshot? I know its alt-printscreen but where do you paste it once you've taken it? Is there a way to turn it into a jpg or do I need to paste it into something?

The default screenshot program is KSnapshot, and the hot-key for it is the PrtSc key. It takes .png images, and there is a button to Save as... that allows you to select where to save the image.Windows no longer obstructs my view.
Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007.
