Dual monitor "mirroring" issue with Dell laptop and docking station

I've connected a Dell Latitude using an Intel 2nd Generation Core Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller connected to a Dell docking station. The docking station has two DVI ports. When I connect both monitors, I get a "mirroring" effect on the second monitor.

Is there any way to correct this so that the second monitor becomes extended desktop real estate?
