Udate Message in Muon updater

Today, I got the message shown in the attached file. Is it safe to click "yes" button in response?

You'll need to upload a larger screenshot - that one is too small to read what it says.

Never mind. I used command line and entered:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
All worked out fine with no error message.
Thanks for your reply anyway! I did not noted that the screen shot was unreadable.
