Help me fix how my calendar looks

Hi, see the screenshot below. My calendar goes like this and I don't know how to fix it. Also, that desktop thing in the top right used to be horizontal, now it's gone vertical. How to fix please

I'm using KDE 4.8.2.

Right-click on the image if you can't see it properly.

1. The calendar popup widget is resizable, just drag from the top corners to resize.

2. The desktop activity widget is also draggable (when widgets are unlocked), drag it to the top edge for horizontal orientation (don't know how the widget got moved to the middle of the desktop, but dragging it will probably still work).

Thanks Mister! All fixed. I didn't realize you coule move the thing, but then I tried with the widgets locked.
