    Taskbar displays only icons?

    I noticed some folks have this nice little feature, but I cannot figure out how to change without installing a 3rd party dock application.

    Basically, I want the Taskbar to display only the application icon (like when you add it to the panel from the kmenu).

    Unlock the desktop widgets and then search for new widgets. That one is called "Icon Only Taskbar."

      Is there a way to vertically orient Icon-Only Task Manager?

        Place it on a vertical panel?

          Ok, I figured out how to do that.

          KDE Cashew -> Unlock Widgets -> Add Panel -> Empty Panel -> Panel Settings
          -> Screen Edge -> (Drag to desired edge)
          -> Width (adjust width) -> (adjust vertical height with slide handles)

          -> Add Widgets -> Icon-Only Task Manger -> (double-click)

          Voila! A vertical Icon-Only Task Manager.

            Open the panel settings and click "screen edge" and drag it to the side.
