Hiya ...
Is there a good panel widget for controlling music playback, whichever music player I'm currently using?
I've got the "Now Playing" standard Plasma widget but it does not seem to work with Banshee (does work with Guayadeque). In any case, it has only a play/pause button and a next track button. I demand more buttons! Ideally a customisable set of buttons. (At least prev track.)
Amarok and Banshee and others do place a nice icon in the notification area, but I don't want to click it and then select play/pause/whatever.
(You may get the impression that I use multiple music players and can't decide which one I like best. That would be correct.)
Under GNOME 2 there's (or was) a neat panel applet PanFlute which did what I wanted, but I can't see anything like it for KDE.
