KDE spamming xsessions-error

"/usr/bin/kactivitymanagerd(1653)" Soprano: "org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown - The name org.kde.nepomuk.services.nepomukstorage was not provided by any .service files"

this message repeat about 1000 times and is spamming .xsession-errors

what's going on there it makes no difference that nepomuk is enabled or disabled it keeps spamming
I disabled in kdebugdialog all debug output stil the spamming is going on

xsession-error after 24 hrs about 33Mb
