kde + gtk theme questions

I would like to switch to the "clean looks" or "plastique" theme in kde, but then all my gtk apps remain with the oxygen theme. On the gtk theme settings I only have the option for raliegh or oxygen. Can I get clearlooks in there somehow so it matches the kde theme? i.e how do I install new gtk themes.

Also, is there any way I can remove the transparency from the taskbar, and just make it all gray or something?
