Flash kinda works. Would like some help

So after upgrading, flash kinda freaked out on me. I can still watch videos and such but they go at Fast Forward speed and have no sound.
This happens in Chrome, FF, Rekong, and Opera. I used this for help starting a step 7a and did not make it any worse, but also no better.http://www.futuredesktop.org/

I am dual booted on a Viao laptop if that makes a difference.
