When I installed Ubuntu on one computer, it detected my wireless network with no trouble at all. Yet on my other computer, where I installed Kubuntu, it is not detecting any wireless network at all. What gives? Instead, it is asking me for all kinds of other information to add a new network, information I have no idea about at all, such as the SSID # and all kinds of other things as welll
Is there a simple way for Kubuntu to simply detect my wireless network? Why is there such a discrepancy?
There is no way at all I can find out any of that other information it is asking me for. If there is no other way, how can I uninstall Kubuntu (along with Grub) so that I don't lose Windows.....and so that I can reinstall Ubuntu?
