how fix missing minimize button kwin issue?

I found a fix that works (missing minimize buttons return) in a session, but it gets reversed when you leave and start up again.
It is to type the command "sudo kwin --replace"

I get a lot of errors and I am not sure what they tell me to do better. Any help would be welcome.

Here are the messages, including errors, in response to the command:

Simple fix. Ignore all the error messages.

At our monthly Linux User Group meeting a couple other people teamed up with me and did what I could have done if either I already knew where to go or had just done a huge amount of exploring and trial and error.

The necessary GUI knobs are already there to tailor the buttons and their placement.
There are likely other locations to get to the knobs, but the one we used started from Dolphin's top left menu icon.
Right click on it and select Configure Window Behavior. There select Window Decorations. At the bottom click on Configure Buttons. Drag buttons where you want them and update or restore defaults.
