Lastest KDE for 10.10 is 4.5.5?

I noticed this morning that latest KDE I could get for my 10.10 is 4.5.5 without going into the backports.

Is this true, or can I get 4.6 from the main repos somehow?

I think 4.6 is the backports, or it was for me until I switched up to 11.04. Maybe someone with more skill on the repos can help, but I believe its a backports item
