Can't open terminal without entering password??

OK - I've done something that causes konsole or yakuake to require my sudo password everytime I start one or open a new tab. Anyone?

I know this is simple and you probably already checked, but is it set to run as a root?

I'm using yakuake and it sort of all-of-a-sudden started asking for sudo when I launched it for the first time after log on. I thought it was a yakuake problem until I opened a regular konsole and saw the same prompt.
