4 monitors 3 black screens with x cursor

I have 2 Quadro NVS 295 and 4 monitors. Was working great on Karmic.
once i upgrade, after much struggling, I now have all monitors on and i can move my cursor across all of them.
the problem is 3 of 4 are just black screens with an X cursor. I cant move any windows to any of the other monitors. Only the main one is working. Need help.

Anything in your /var/log/Xorg.0.log file?

What driver are you using?

Did you keep the old xorg.conf file or generate a new one and what are the contents - of both old and new if they're available (attach it to your next post)?

Have you tried to use nvidia-settings?

What is the output from xrandr -q ?

Your additional monitors are seperate Display Screens, and KDE 4 can only use one at a time (or two or three or four together in Twinview mode). It can't do 4 seperate KDE sessions, one on each monitor. This is a feature loss from KDE3.

So show us the xorg.conf and tell us how it was configured before.
