System Settings choices have no way back

Many choices in System Settings leave me in a menu with no way back. The top of these menus just has a Search and the bottom Help, Defaults, Reset and Apply. If there is a sidebar there are no Back choices there either. Examples are Desktop Effects and Hardware. The little icon in the upper right corner doesn't do anything.

I am pretty sure this is a bug because this behaviour highly discourages the user from being able to find anything, as they have to re-launch it every time they go into one of these menus. No Kubuntu developer would make this big a user interface gaffe.

    Is there a work-around?

In the upper left corner of the screen, the left arrow with the word "Overview" takes you back. I didn't try this for every selection, but it is there on the ones I tried.

Thanks... there is no "Overview" with a left arrow in the upper left hand corner. :P

      I think I've got a full-blown bug here.

Does the shortcut Alt+Left Arrow still work?
