I was wondering how I needed to go about Adding all my passwords in Kwallet into Opera so I can start using it as my Main Browser I got them to extract to a xml file but cant seem to find where to import them into Opera any ofther ways?

I am pretty sure that passwords can't be imported in opera. You will have to type them in manually when visiting those websites and then let wand remember them. -

True statement. Opera keeps the passwords etc in the wand.dat file. It would not be a good thing to have your passwords in an easily read file when others use your computer.
