can I download Knetworkmanager to transfer it to kubuntu pc ?

Hi

I'm having problems connecting to the net , but on another post it was recommended that I install Knetworkmanager.

Can I download this from my windows pc and then transfer it over to the kubuntu pc and install it ?

my usb stick works (as does everything else except internet access) on kubuntu.

Yes you can.

http://packages.ubuntu.com/

Just download the knetworkmanager and networkmanager packages and then install them in Kubuntu. (right click on package->kubuntu package menu, or sudo dpkg -i packagename.deb)
