Adept Packet manager

does anyone know why i would be getting this message (see screenshot)

basically it says there is more than one package thing running and it is read only could someone please help

Try to run this command in Konsole:

sudo dpkg --configure -a

it rewrote a whole bunch of files.. and at the end it said
Errors were encountered while processing:
clamav-base


though now it works but it will only sometimes open ??
