If you have copied text output that contains formatting (colors, highlighting, etc.), please do not enclose it in QUOTE or CODE tags. Just right-click your mouse and choose "Paste Without Formatting" or similar (Paste as plain text).
I'm not sure what version of Kubuntu you install but if dell has some linux drivers they more than likely have then in a .deb or rpm format. Kubuntu is based on Debian and uses a .deb format for its packages. Dell may also have source or binary drivers which you would have to build and install. Most drivers you may need already come with Kubuntu.
