How can I Get full access for Windows Driver

hey everybody..

  I wanna know how can I get a full access for the Windows Drive (it's NTFS Drive).. I did the mount process, but I can't delete files there.. How can I get a full access to that driver?

In Linux reading an NTFS drive is OK but writing to it risks major corruption. It is claimed that it can be done, but it's a RISK
