i have no idea what linux to get i think kubuntu might be the one...
lemme tell youi what i do on my comp and mb u can help me

i do alot of art on my comp as well as surfing online and games so i guess i need something that is fast powerful and reliable.... dont we all

i use gimp,Firefox,open office,Mozilla Thunderbird,AIM,quicktime,

and that is about it.

For AIM I would use Kopete, It will handle multiple protocol's. I' not sure about quicktime but I'm sure there is a alternative. The rest are all available with Kubuntu.
