I've looked everywhere, and can't find it...

Hi pulpfile
If you open Konqueror
Click the "Help"
Then click "About KDE"
It should tell you the release that you are using

Thanks, but that tells me the version of KDE I'm running (3.5.5)
What I'm looking for is the version of Kubuntu.

In Konsole, type in

lsb_release -a
