I have a pack of models that I want to put in my Wine half-life installation, but I dont know how to extract/move them there. Any help would be appreciated!

your wine directory is /home/<username>/.wine/
This is a hidden directory, you can view hidden stuff by checking the option in Konqueror's View menu.
Your actual "fake" windows is located in /home/<username>/.wine/drive_c. from there it resembles windows in its directory structure
If you have zip files, you can easily extract them via the right-click context menus, or click on the file to open it in Karchiver
If they are rar files, you will need to install rar and unrar, which are in Multiverse repository Then Karchiver will be able to open them -
