the fonts are very small

Hi, i am new to linux. I have a laptop and the monitor suports a resolution of 1400*1050. even i change the resolution or increase the font size in the appearence tab i still have problem s when i boot or with some applications(like adept that use microscopic fonts and i can't do anything about that) vith the fonts. I have an eyes problem and is very hard for me to use those applications.
P.S I'm sorry tjat my english isn/t soo good

Try KMenu>System Settings>Appearance>Fonts
Click on Adjust All Fonts
Click on the Size box
Change the size (Try 10? or larger?)
Click on Apply
