Please do not use the CODE tag when pasting content that contains formatting (colored, bold, underline, italic, etc).
The CODE tag displays all content as plain text, including the formatting tags, making it difficult to read.
Trying to install php, but apparently need flex, which needs bison which needs M4, can anyone tell me how to configure my system so that all these things work together.
Hi
I'v just looked in Adept the package manager that is defalt tool in Kubuntu and all the packages you mention are available, just select install and select Apply Changes. If the do not show up on your system you need to enable the additional repositories in Adept. From the menu at the top select Adept click manage repositories and remove the # before each repository. Then click Fetch updates, now select view from the tool bar and select show package list and proceed as above.
