hope someone can help with the following problems. The biggest problem I have is trying to correctly configure an ATI 9600 video card, if I install fglrx control it only offers gamma control not resolution 9I can live with that) also it has no target for gamma correction to overcome this I open the display aplet from KDE's system settings and use the gamma target there while adjusting fglrx control, but every time I reboot the settings are returned to default. Not very helpfull if you adjust each gamma seperately to calibrate your display. If I don't install fglrx control or even if I do and use the system settings display aplet to configure the display it trashes the xorg. conf file on rebooting, also not very helpfull.
My second problem is minor and does not really bother me I mention it more from curiosity, I have to set Kcd to digital playback to get audio from CD,s but when I do this Kcd locks up but then both Kaffene and Amarok play CD's, The first problem occurred with both breezy and Dapper the second only with Dapper.
