I tried installing Ubuntu 5 on my Mac Mini, but ran into troubles with the Grub boot loader not liking the Apple hardware. There are ways around this, I believe it's talked about in one of the links above, but it may have all been solved in the latest versions of kubuntu / ubuntu in any case. I, myself, have put my dual booting project on hold as the Mac mini is my work Internet machine and my supervisor believes there are other more important uses of my time *boggle*
