Just installed kubuntu(fresh install) and went to install the bpalogin client but kubuntu cant read the cd as a repository in the add programs program(synaptic or something like that, sry total newb to linux). What i need is a step by step way to get onto the net in kubuntu with telstra bigpond. My comp is connected through ethernet to the cable modem(sb5100) and isnt on a network.
