    Trouble Burning CD

I'm running Windows XP, and I'm trying to set up a dual-boot system w/Kubuntu, but I'm having trouble with the CD burning.

I downloaded the ISO image for Kubuntu, and installed CDBurner XP Pro Freeware, but I'm having trouble with the CD.
I burned the ISO image, set the CD to be bootable, set it to be non-emulating, and told it to burn. When I booted from it, though, BIOS gave me this message:

    Cannot find DOS!
    Press any key to retry...

I know there's nothing wrong with my BIOS because when I boot from Knoppix 5.0.1 it runs fine, and I can't burn the CD while in Knoppix because I only have one CD drive.

    Can anyone help?

In fact I think you should just open the iso file like it is and burn it, don't modify anything...
Doing like you do is modifying the way the cd boot. Can you try like I say please ?
Anyway, not sure it will work as I never used this soft...

    Hope it helps.

thanks. I didn't want to chance wasting another CD because the default was that the CD was unbootable, so i downloaded another piece of software and I'm in the middle of repartitioning my HD
