Some menu options dont work???

Why is it when i go to system > administration > networking, type in my admin password that nothing happens?

Im having problems wih connecting to the net and was wondering if it is possible to change the setting via command line by restrating in safe mode and changing my settings there...

Yeah, that happens to me sometimes but a reboot usually fixes the problem.

How do you connect to the internet? Dial-up, IDSN, DSL, Cable, Wireless? Details please.

Couldn't find system > administration > networking, only system>networking

Is this a bug perhaps, sometimes to me it happens say i press a key before the password dialog comes up. and then it never will and everything will stay greyed out, a reboot fixes things though. Appologies to thread started I guess this doesn't exactly answer the problem...
