[Multimedia] Pulseaudio doesn't detect headset microphone

Pulseaudio does not detect my headset's microphone. In Ubuntu 20.04 I did not have this problem but it seems Kubuntu does not work like Ubuntu.
how should I fix it?

Well, technically, Kubuntu and Ubuntu handle audio identically as they are identical under the GUI skin, but with of course different look to the settings.

Which specific version of Kubuntu (there are three that are currently supported), and what sort of headset?

I installed Kubuntu 20.04.1 LTS,
I tested a Sennheiser momentum 2.0 in kubuntu.
I also tested an earphone. ubuntu live, recognized and detected earphone's mic but kubuntu didn't.
