[Errors] Having trouble with Korganizer

I'm using Linux Mint Ulyana based on Cinnamon. I tried to install Korganizer from my software package and I could set dates for events or todos. Everything defaulted to 12am. Removing it and installing it as a flatpak failed to. Then it couldn't find the server.

The only link I found to install it had 20+ dependent files I had to install first. I'm new to Linux and I doubt that would go well for me.

Then I wound up on this site. I can't figure out what is going on. Is this saying I have to install KDE before I can install Korgnaizer? I don't want to overwrite Linuxmint. I like my desktop just fine.

Is there a link I can access where I can install the program? I havn't been able to find a straight answer, or more likely, I don't understand multiple steps to go through first. I've been messing around with programs and version of programs for a week now. I'm about ready to give up. This is a last ditch attempt.

That's how it was built, and the environment for which it was built. There are very likely other software systems with the functionality of Korganizer, but without the requirement for KDE/Plasma. So time for a choice ...
