[Graphics] UI showing black blocks instead of icons.

Hello, So this morning I boot up my tower and I see that my wallpaper is gone and so is my user icon. All I see is black square where it once was? Okay, so I log in and then my icons are black within the UI icons/graphics are black boxes. I can see the text fine but that's it. I tried to revert back to defaults for my theme. This did not resolve the issue. I then tried to adjust the theme from black to white nothing worked. https://imgur.com/SlYji5n also (use desktop layout from theme is selected already) Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

First I would try clearing the icon cache:

rm ~/.cache/icon-cache.kcache
