I recently installed Kubuntu alongside Windows 10, but GRUB is not my default boot-loader/is not install. I need some help installing/activating GRUB from Windows 10.

Check your BIOS settings to make sure that Kubuntu is the first drive in the boot order. You should also be able to select the boot OS via a hotkey, like f2, f12, or something similar.
You can't install grub from Windows.
If you truly don't have Kubuntu's boot loader installed, you would need to do so from a live session
