    Screen refresh rate

I have installed Kubuntu 6.06, in the display control panel i can set the screen resolution to 1024x768 and maximal screen refresh rate to 75.
How can i change it to 120hz or atleast 100? In windows i can do that, my graphic card and monitor supports maximal 120hz.
My graphic card is Geforce 2mx, so the drivers in kubuntu are included.
I know that i can make changes through xorg.conf , but what should i write there? cause i didn`t find there nothing related to the screen refresh rate.

    Re: Screen refresh rate

It might be hard to understand, but heres the howto:

Also, you may want to use the modeline generator to generate your modeline for you, it just makes things easier (the links in the thread).
