Hi, I am running Kubuntu 19.04 on ASUS Rog with a fresh install a while ago. After some time a few keys just stopped working all of a sudden ( from numpad and number key row). At first I thought It was a hardware fault as it has already happened before once and no xev response was coming up from those keys.But I happen to live boot from an Ubuntu cd and to my surprise, they were working perfectly fine and pointing the problem in kde itself.How do I solve this, found similar nothing on forums or sub ?
edit1: Somehow I was able to generate a response on xev by repeatedly pressing hoping to see something and found out that all of of started working only to be disabled later some time.
edit2: If I repeatedly press any of the non-working keys for some time, they start working (all of them )albeit for some time after which I have to do it again to get them work
