Kwallet basics?

I just heard about kwallet and want to start using it. I set up an encrypted key and everything. However, I don't know how to get my wallet to start storing login info. What do I do?

Using latest version of kubuntu, 19.04.

I read the online version of this, and they don't say how to get the prompt to store passwords. I assume it's supposed to pop up automatically when I set up the wallet, but it doesn't. So I'm not sure what to do next.
