Vodoo Banshee

Hi, I think i have a problem with my 3d card (3d fx vodoo banshee) because Kubuntu in my pc has a 600 x 800 display configuration, and I cant get it better, and have all de icoons and windows very big, although I enter as a supervisor, it dont let me change de display resolution to a better one!!
Do I need a driver, where can i get it thanks!!

Is it because the slider won't go any further?
I had the same problem, because I have it running on a laptop, the resolution 1024x768 didn't really work well (the screen was stretched). I needed it to be 1280x800. I looked around on the net.
I fixed it by adding the resolution in a file called 'xorg.conf'.
