Notebook - shutdown when close and touchpad/keyboard not working together

I change this settings on control painel in kubuntu 18.10:

- shutdown when close the notebook
- touchpad not stop while typing

but they do not work, when I close my notebook it sleeps and my touchpad mouse still not moving while I’m typing.

Any ideas if it is some bug or what?
