    [System] cpu is consuming 100

    HI,

I'm trying to watching streaming and my 4 cpus is consuming 100% in all web browsers (firefox, chromium and falKon). This is umbelivable. For sure, this is not a browser problem, but what could be?

You need to find the specific site(s) that are doing this. It seems to be three tabs.

In these sort of cases I like to use the application called System monitor, also know as ksysguard.
The GUI allows simple ordering of applications, memory and CPU usage.

Adding to what Teunis suggested-- the easiest way to start the System monitor is just to press CTRL+ESC on the keyboard, then click on the CPU column to find out what is using the most CPU.

Also, that is an old kernel version you are running (4.15.0-15). I assume you are using Kubuntu 18.04. On my K18.04 the kernel is currently 4.15.0-34. I would suggest updating might be in order.

If you do update (and you haven't updated for a long time) I wouldn't trust Discover to do the updates as it appears to be unreliable with a large number of updates. Use the following instead--

              sudo apt update

              sudo apt full-upgrade
Desktop PC: Intel Core-i5-4670 3.40Ghz, 16Gb Crucial ram, Asus H97-Plus MB, 128Gb Crucial SSD + 2Tb Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 HDD running Kubuntu 18.04 LTS and Kubuntu 14.04 LTS (on SSD).
Laptop: HP EliteBook 8460p Core-i5-2540M, 4Gb ram, Transcend 120Gb SSD, currently running Deepin 15.8 and Manjaro KDE 18.
